[Dance Begins] is specifically designed for complete beginners. The course starts with the most basic elements, helping you build a foundation step by step. Earlier lessons form the basis for later ones, creating a clear learning path. The course comprehensively helps you improve coordination, flexibility, rhythm, power, core strength, and breath management - all essential dance skills. You'll also receive one-on-one guidance from the instructor who will correct your movements and provide targeted training suggestions to ensure quality learning.

I've danced for a while and have some basics, but want to improve. Will this course be too simple for me?

This course offers comprehensive, systematic instruction. For those with some foundation, it helps you re-examine your technique, catch movement details you might have missed before, fundamentally solve your issues, and improve your dance sense from multiple aspects.

How does the course work?

Video lessons + one-on-one coaching. The video courses are on the Thinkific platform, accessible after purchase. For one-on-one coaching, you can send your practice videos through Discord, and I'll provide guidance and feedback. You can also ask me any dance-related questions.

I want to learn K-pop/Jazz dance. Is this course suitable?

Yes! The course covers all the fundamentals needed before learning K-pop/Jazz dance. This includes rhythm, various body waves, footwork, torso flexibility, etc. After completing the course, you'll already know many of the movements found in popular dance styles.

I want to learn modern/contemporary dance. Is this course suitable?

The instructor has studied modern dance for many years. This course's teaching philosophy stems from modern dance's emphasis on body development and exploring movement possibilities, making it particularly suitable for students wanting to start modern/contemporary dance.

For online teaching, is it worthwhile? As a beginner, I'm worried watching videos won't be effective.

It's never too late to start dancing! The course emphasizes the combination of movement and wellness. While teaching, we use scientific methods to help improve muscle quality and prevent exercise injuries. The dance content alternates between elegant and energetic movements, with moderate intensity.
